12 LEVELS OF SPIRITUAL GROWTH FOR LEADERSHIP
IN THE YORWW CONGREGATION!

*Level No. 1* In Spiritual Growth For the Disciple: YORWW Bible Academy Student-Cadet

The YORWW Bible Academy Student-Cadet has voluntarily enrolled in our 90-Day Bible Study Course, for bible instruction and learning, in preparation to join the YORWW Congregational Arrangement. They willingly follow the advice of Jesus Christ when he said,

"Take my yoke upon you and LEARN FROM ME, for I am mild-tempered and lowly in heart, and you will find refreshment for your souls." -- Matthew 11:29

Indeed, these disciples realize that "increased knowledge" and understanding of God and His Grand Purposes is a highly recommended course for all who wish to please Jehovah in these critical times. (Philippians 1:9-11; Colossians 1:9, 10) The fact that these individuals are willing to learn, tells us much about them as future "anointed" priests for God. For Isaiah 26:10 shows us the "wicked" from among God's Name People, will utterly refuse to "learn righteousness." For this reason, the "wicked" from among Israel itself, as Jesus clearly said, will NOT be permitted by Jehovah to understand the Sacred Secrets of God. (Daniel 12:10; Matthew 13:11; John 6:44) However, the opposite will be true for the "righteous" from among God's Name people. Yes, Proverbs 9:8, 9 informs us of the following:

"...Give a reproof to a wise person and he will love you. Give to a wise person and he will become still wiser. Impart knowledge to someone righteous and he will increase in learning."

IMPORTANT POINT: Therefore, the first 90-Days of YORWW Academy Instruction exposing the disciple to "Living Waters" of Truth will be critical toward his or her spiritual growth. Indeed, (1) love for truth, (2) deep humility and (3) "thirsting" or longing for righteousness, will be the 3 VITAL QUALITIES needed WITHIN the "learner" or disciple to make progress and gain favor with Jehovah God during this Special 90-Day Period. Obviously, these qualities would have to become INSTILLED deeply within the disciple, long BEFORE joining the YORWW Academy. Yes, these qualities had to become deeply instilled within the person earlier, much earlier, yes while he served Jehovah at the kingdom halls of Jehovah's witnesses. This would have been during the time the Special 70-Years of Divine Instruction or Discipline was Personally given by Almighty God Himself, to Jehovah's witnesses, from October 1931 thru October 2001. -- Psalms 45:4; Matthew 5:6

Logically, Divine "Judgment" must start with the "House of God," all of God's Name People upon earth today, Jehovah's witnesses themselves. But how exactly is this done? -- 1 Peter 4:17

Well, since we remember 2 Peter 3:9 shows us that Jehovah wants ALL PEOPLE to be saved and yet not all will be saved in the end, then we realize the disciple must take some individual action, do something on his own, that ultimately becomes the determining factor as to whether he will gain God's Favor, in the end and gain life in God's Future Paradise. Therefore because of the person's own individual actions toward himself/herself, the disciple actually "SAVES HIMSELF/HERSELF", and in so doing, the individual actually gains life based upon his/her own personal application and diligent effort in developing and displaying Godly qualities, such as the "fruits of the spirit" which we know is consistently recommended in Holy Scripture to all footstep followers of Jesus and members of the Christian Covenant. No doubt, these Godly qualities would have to be developed all the while the disciple served at his local kingdom hall of Jehovah's witnesses, where he or she most likely endured much hardship from the wicked, oppressive leadership of the Watchtower Society and company, perhaps even during those early informative days just before baptism, and no doubt during subsequent years thereafter. -- Psalms 45:4; Galatians 5:22, 23; 1 Timothy 4:16; Hebrews 12:7-11

Wisely, Jehovah has allowed many problems to exist at the kingdom halls of Jehovah's witnesses worldwide. Likely, many we found at the kingdom halls were persons we concluded were best to "avoid" all together. (Romans 16:17, 27) Still, Jehovah found a useful purpose in allowing such a situation to develop, for our own good, so that some could become "approved" one day. (1 Cor. 11:19; Rom. 5:3, 4) So, to that end you might say in a special sense, all Jehovah's witnesses have been "planted" individually, as a seed in a most trying and difficult environment for many years. Only to find themselves suddenly in our day and time, quickly "harvested" by Jehovah's sharp "sickle" tool & prophet "metal tester" (MDS), where we must, must react and display instantly, exactly what has been permanently instilled within us. In other words, either we've become persons who are humble, teachable and "zealous for fine works," or regrettably, the exact opposite. (Titus 2:14) Again, we do this almost instantly, yes we react, when confronted with the Kingdom Message of Divine "Living Waters" of Truth from God. -- Mark 4:26-29; John 12:48; John 15:1-3; Jeremiah 6:27; Revelation 14:14

Indeed, Romans 14:12 clearly states for the record,

"So, then, each us will render an account for himself to God."

Yes, individually, ...individually we must all render our personal "account" to Jehovah.

Therefore in keeping with that thought, during God's Great "Harvesttime" of our day, we can rightly expect to be ultimately found by Almighty God, either as good "fruit" possessing the necessary spiritual qualities within ourselves, to enter the YORWW Kingdom of God...or not. No, there will be no middle ground for anyone among God's Covenanted Name People in the "harvesttime," to avoid such a final judgment from Jehovah's Watchful Eye. No, either we will respond favorably to Divine Truth when presented to us, or we will not. Either way, there will be some REACTION to this Divine Message. Which means when we react to the message, either favorably or not favorably, it will become an "individual" judgment itself of us, brought upon ourselves by our own personal conduct and heartfelt viewpoints of things. Therefore, in such a case then, we cannot blame the outcome of such a personal Godly "judgment" of ourselves upon no one else, but ourselves. Yes, the final result of such a "judgment" rests entirely upon ourselves, and no one else. It thus becomes an "individual" judgment of ourselves as foretold in scripture many times. -- See Proverbs 9:12; Matthew 16:27; John 12:48; 1 Timothy 4:16; Revelation 2:23; Revelation 22:12

Thus based upon the above, we can see Jehovah's Great Godly Wisdom on display for all to see. (Romans 16:27) Yes, God's foresight and wisdom is quite apparent now, because for the first time the experienced Jehovah's witness and new YORWW Academy Student-Cadet has fresh opportunity to fully utilize precious Godly qualities acquired by necessity and perfected at the kingdom hall, to his distinct advantage. Yes, while at the kingdom halls of Jehovah's witnesses, the disciple had ample time and opportunity to develop Godly qualities (like humility, zeal for fine works, endurance, etc.) because of ones association with many wicked, weed-like Jehovah's witnesses, having by necessity to associate closely with such individuals who showed many ungodly qualities on a daily basis, year end and year out. So now, the very necessary and vital qualities of (1) "love for truth" which the bible says "saves" a person, in the end. Also there is the quality of (2) deep "humility" which makes a person "child-like" in accepting guidance, instruction and correction, and makes it easier for the person to accept new ideas when learning. Most definitely having this Godly quality of humility, ultimately will, as the bible says, "make one great" in God's eyes and even mankind's. And finally we have the quality of (3) "thirsting for righteousness" which drives a person to learn continually God's Will, in a never-ending quest or "thirst" for Divine Truth. Yes, all of these qualities are instilled within the heart of the disciple, from his previous training at the kingdom halls of Jehovah's witnesses. Which means, all of these Godly qualities and more, can now be used in the 90-Day Bible Study Course provided by Jehovah, to the person's own advantage in gaining entrance into the Earthly Kingdom of God Arrangement, namely the YORWW Congregation. Think about it. -- Psalms 18:35; Psalms 45:4; Matthew 5:6; Matthew 18:2-4; 2 Thessalonians 2:10

*Level No. 2* In Spiritual Growth For the Disciple: YORWW Bible Academy Administrative Assistant

The YORWW Bible Academy Administrative Assistant has:

(1) carefully studied over and completed the required reading of the publication called The "REPORT" volume I in its entirety, and also has

(2) carefully studied over and completed the required reading of all green, red, orange, and blue color-coded articles (70 articles total) shown on LWF Discussion Board and has thus completed the YORWW Bible Academy Training Course, in 90-DAYS OR LESS, and has now for the first time

(3) officially applied for membership into the YORWW Congregation.

Therefore, after carrying out these 3 all-important steps shown above, we feel the truly repentant and equally zealous servant of Jehovah would be for the very first time in a unique position now, to FULLY ACCEPT God's New Divine Law, namely that of the Scapegoat Arrangement. -- Isaiah 66:2; Ezekiel 43:10-12

Indeed we feel, after learning a sufficient amount of God's Sacred Message, information we call "Living Waters" of Divine Truths, the prospective YORWW Member would now be in an excellent position, an informed position to fully accept a contractual, covenanted dedicated relationship with Jehovah God under the New Scapegoat Law Covenant Arrangement. And as such, his or her circumstances would become very similar to when the Israelite nation, with Moses acting as Chief Administrator of the Mosaic Law, now approach the Great and Lofty Mountain known as Mt. Sinai or Mt. Horeb, to request that Jehovah now mercifully, accept them as a dedicated people and graciously become "their God." And in turn, the people now would be fully willing to conform to all of His Righteous Standards in their lives, and to willingly and unreservedly carry out "His Will," as a dedicated people forevermore. Yes, the people could now prove that they too were "his people." -- Leviticus 26:12; Hebrews 12:18-21

In similar fashion in our day, at this pivotal point, the truly repentant Jehovah's witness would now be in a position to finally, accept the weighty terms of the *New* Contractual Scapegoat Covenant or Agreement with God Almighty, and with unhesitating zeal fully demonstrate that they, with renewed vigor and strength, would now be most agreeable to carry out God's Will to the fullest extent, in their lives as dedicated servants of Jehovah, everlastingly. Yes, it would be exactly as recorded in Exodus 19:8 where we read the Israelite nation said to Jehovah in accepting the terms of the Mosaic Law,

"So Moses came and called the older men of the people and set before them all these words that Jehovah had commanded him. After that all the people answered UNANIMOUSLY and said: All that Jehovah has spoken we are willing to do. Immediately Moses took back the words of the people to Jehovah." -- Exodus 19:8; See also Exodus 24:7; Deuteronomy 26:17-19; Joshua 24:21-24.

Yes as shown above, the Israelite nation fully accepted the terms and "words that Jehovah had commanded" to them, to become a dedicated people unto His Great and Holy Name. And of course after this, Jehovah accepted the "unanimous" word of the people. He accepted their "dedication" to Him, and His Divine Law and thus, they officially became "His People," yes they BELONGED to Him, as His Servants, His "special property" out of all the nations of the earth...his Special Priesthood that would now represent Him to all the world as His Special Representatives. (Deuteronomy 7:6) Think about it.

Therefore, it would be the same today. Yes, as we mentioned above, when the modern day disciple has reached the point where he/she is in position to fully do Jehovah's will, and they voluntarily wish to accept this "dedicated" condition upon themselves and have made all of the necessary changes within their lives to fully comply with the stated Divine Will of God, when all of this has been done, the disciple could be finally admitted to become a permanent member of the YORWW Family.

However before that finally occurs, in most cases, one would be in the process of making the necessary adjustments within his life (whatever those "adjustments" might be) to fully qualify as a "priest" and teacher of God's Word, preparing to become a spiritual "conqueror" of Satan. This is the stage or level of Spiritual Growth we call, the 2nd Level, where the prospective member of the YORWW Congregation would be in the process of making all of the necessary changes in his or her personal life, to take the final step and become a DEDICATED member of the YORWW Arrangement. And when ALL OF THESE ADJUSTMENTS ARE MADE in the prospective YORWW Member's personal life, then and only then, can the disciple finally be allowed to enter the Great "Rest" Day of God, in the YORWW Congregation, and to be said to have gained an "approved condition." Indeed Paul wrote,

"and not only that, but let us exult while in tribulations, since we know that tribulation produces endurance; endurance, in turn, AN APPROVED CONDITION; the APPROVED CONDITION, in turn, hope." -- Romans 5:3, 4

Therefore, when this "approved condition" has been fully reached to the full satisfaction of the Modern Day "Servant," the one in whom Jehovah specifically discharged with the singular responsibility to "bring back", yes "bring back" a repentant nation unto God (Isaiah 49:5, 6), then we could say that the glorious words of Revelation 12:11 would be fulfilled by their personal course of action, where it states,

"And they conquered him [Satan] because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their witnessing, and they did not love their souls even in the face of death."

Yes, these "conquerors" of Satan, when permitted to enter the Kingdom of God, would have been willing to do three (3) important things to accomplish this great feat.

1. They gave the "word of their witnessing" to rebellious members of the house of Israel, ones from God's Name People. Yes, they were willing to give a "witness" using the Divine Waters, "Living Waters" of Truth which leads to repentance, for the glorification of God's Name. They did this. -- Jeremiah 17:13

2. They willingly accepted the "blood of the Lamb," who is in this case, the Modern Day "Servant," who when going to the wilderness in 1991, willingly gave up (or sacrificed) his spiritual "life" in the Jehovah's Witnesses Organization, only to gain it back in the wilderness by Jehovah himself, who provided for him, miraculously. (Isaiah 53:1) Having this enlightened perspective of things, these followers of the Modern Day "Servant" will fully accept the symbolic "blood" of this new covenant arrangement, we call the Scapegoat Covenant and zealously cooperate with it in helping others accept this new covenant arrangement and means of making peace with God. They come to recognize that the Modern Day "Servant" himself, becomes the "means by which God saves," just as Jesus was in the first century. -- Acts 28:28

3. These individuals were willing to "die" to their former course of conduct, and accept this new way of life, which could include actually leaving the Jehovah's Witnesses Organization and writing their letter of disassociation from that same said organization. Additionally, these individuals would be willing to do something else. They would be willing to gain a new perspective of things, a new viewpoint of their family members, relatives and material possessions held at that time. Jesus indicated this new perspective of things by saying:

"But in reply he said to them: Who are my mother and my brothers? And having looked about upon those sitting around him in a circle, he said: See, my mother and my brothers! Whoever does the will of God, this one is my brother and sister and mother." -- Mark 3:33-35; See also Luke 9:60 and Luke 14:26.

Yes, as shown above, the faithful would be willing to give up "fathers, mothers, sisters, brothers, husbands, wives, houses, fields, and lands" and receive even intense Satanic "persecution" on behalf of God's Name, in order to receive other "fathers, mothers, sisters, brothers, husbands, wives, houses, fields, and lands," as a replacement of these persons and things, eternally in the Kingdom of God. And because they are willing to do this, in this sense they are willing "martyrs" for God's Name, completely conquering. (For additional information see YORWW Manuscript # 1002.) -- Matthew 19:28, 29; Mark 10:29, 30; Luke 18:28-30; Revelation 6:9-11

Therefore, when the disciple has accomplished all of the above in his/her personal life, then and only then, would this person become a "Conqueror of Satan" in Jehovah's eyes. As Jehovah Himself says,

"ANYONE CONQUERING will inherit these things, and I shall be his God and he will be my son." -- Revelation 21:7

Yes, at this time, the "conqueror" also becomes, yes a declared "Son" or "Daughter" on a permanent basis, just like Jesus and the Modern Day "Servant" became, prior to this. (2 Cor. 6:18) This "Declaration" of becoming God's Son, is clearly shown for us at Romans 1:4.

Therefore, at such a time as this, after the disciple has shown genuine faith right up to "martyrdom" even, then appropriately Jehovah could give a "reply" to the wicked one [Satan] that taunts Him,

"Be wise, my son, and make my heart rejoice, that I may make a reply to him that is taunting [Satan] me." -- Proverbs 27:11

And of course, the above could only come true, only, if the disciple became a "CONQUEROR" and a permanent, "Declared Son" of God, all before Jehovah, Jesus, Satan and all of the angels and mankind too. Now, when this person completely "conquerors", then it becomes a permanent record, that one has made with God and mankind on this one final issue, the main issue, namely that some righteous humans, offspring of Adam and Eve, yes, so unlike Adam and Eve, still will remain faithful to God thru trial and tribulation...till death if necessary. In other words, the "Seed" or offspring of wicked Adam and Eve, some of their descendants, yes will finally triumph, fully triumph over wicked Satan and his nefarious activities and wicked assertions originally made in the Garden of Eden. (Gen. 3:15) Praise Jah!

Therefore, after being declared a "Conqueror" and "Son" by Jehovah, now the tried and tested disciple can finally become a permanent member of the prophetic "Intimate Group" spoken of in Jeremiah 23:18, 22, and can become a permanent member of the YORWW Congregational Arrangement. Praise Jah!

Psalms 45:4 speaks of the ministry of the Modern Day Servant,

"And in your splendor go on to success; Ride in the cause of truth and humility and righteousness, And your right hand will instruct you in fear-inspiring things."

The three (3) primary qualities highlighted above are: Truth, Humility and Righteousness. These qualities are critical to the spiritual growth of the disciple [Greek: manthanos or learner]. Therefore, the disciple must develop and display to a sufficient degree, these qualities if one hopes to qualify to join the YORWW Family of Conquerors. (Revelation 3:12) Indeed Jehovah God, actually supervises this critical part of the growth stage for the disciple toward this new covenant arrangement being implemented. He grants his holy spirit only to those who work hard to conform to his lofty requirements, and in putting on the "new personality." This brings about true Godly "harmony" between members who are granted permission to dwell with Jehovah, within His Holy Tabernacle or Temple of God. -- Leviticus 26:11, 12; Psalms 15th; John 15:1, 2; Acts 5:32; Ephesians 2:21, 22; Ephesians 4:20-24; Colossians 3:8, 9

PLEASE NOTE: As an Administrative Assistant the YORWW Academy Graduate would be alloted a special interim of time to make ALL THE NECESSARY "ADJUSTMENTS" within his/her personal life, BEFORE one is accepted into the YORWW Arrangement on a permanent basis. This is to be understood. Additionally, please note this special period of time could last as long as the prospective YORWW Member needs, depending upon the individual's own circumstances and time deemed needed to make the necessary "adjustments" in his/her personal life. It will be a "personal" decision made solely at the disciple's own discretion.

*Level No. 3* In Spiritual Growth For the Disciple: YORWW Congregation Member & Public Instructor

Jesus once said to his disciples after speaking of matters pertaining to the "sacred secrets of the kingdom,"

"Did you get the sense of all these things? They said to him: Yes. Then he said to them: That being the case, every PUBLIC INSTRUCTOR ["learned person" see footnote Lrg Prt New World Translation Ref Bible], when taught respecting the kingdom of the heavens, is like a man, a householder, who brings out of his treasure store things new and old." -- Matthew 13:51, 52

Yes, each and every person who has been correctly taught the "sacred secrets of the kingdom," that's "200 Million" world wide in total, has become a "learned person" in God's eyes, has become indeed, a person who is "qualified to teach" as an instructor and counselor, a true "representative" of Jehovah. -- Matthew 13:11; John 1:6; 2 Timothy 2:2; Revelation 9:13-19.

Therefore, we can say without hesitation that each and every YORWW Congregation Member can be rightly considered, a genuine PUBLIC INSTRUCTOR of God's Word, able to "rightly divide" God's Word of Truth, yes as a qualified teacher for God's Kingdom. (2 Timothy 2:15 KJV) In other words, this means because the training given, each and every YORWW Member can say that they have been taught by Jehovah God Himself, the "Grand Instructor" of all, and are now fully capable of properly instructing both (a) errant Israelites or modern day Jehovah's witnesses, as well as (b) "people of the nations," yes those peoples and nations of the Abrahamic Promise, that will favorably hear the Glorious "Good News" of God's Established Kingdom on earth. -- Isaiah 30:20; Matthew 6:10; Matthew 24:14

In all such cases for qualified YORWW Members, it will become exactly as the prophet Isaiah promised,

"And all your sons will be persons TAUGHT BY JEHOVAH, and the peace of your sons will be abundant." -- Isaiah 54:13

Additionally, those who will also participate in this most joyous work will be members of the 200 million, who will marvelously, have a very large hand in teaching, preaching and declaring God's Name and Word to all peoples upon this earth today, standing tall as "big trees of righteousness" to supply the earth with righteous "fruit," and "living, healing waters" from God's Grand Temple Arrangement upon earth. (Ezekiel 47:1-12; Revelation 22:1, 2, 17) Indeed, their wonderous presence will be the true fulfillment of the foretold and greatly anticipated preaching of the "good news to all the "nations" and the final fulfillment of God's Glorious Edenic Promise. Praise Jah! -- Genesis 3:15; Isaiah 55:10; Matthew 24:14; Mark 13:10

Because of this, each and every member of the International YORWW Family is thus viewed by God Almighty, as a true "conqueror" who now is permitted their rightful place within the "Paradise of God," and can now fully "enter into God's Great Rest" Period, where this blessed disciple can truly "rest from his labors" before God...yes rest, rest from every single "struggling," "straining," "agonizing" effort the disciple has made to finally be permitted entrance into God's Kingdom "Storehouse" Arrangement upon earth, namely the YORWW Congregation itself. Yes, the "conquering" disciple can now finally "rest" ... because the things he did "go right [or favorable] with him," in God's eyes. -- Luke 13:24; Matthew 3:12; Hebrews 4:10; Revelation 3:12; Revelation 14:13

Therefore, a YORWW Congregation Member or Public Instructor would have successfully made the necessary adjustments within his/her personal life to fully qualify as a "priest" and teacher before God. The following shows the primary things looked for in a priest.

Leviticus 8:23 shows us the three (3) main qualifications for making a spiritual "priest" or teacher of God's Word who becomes Jehovah's anointed "representative" and "messenger." Repentant "Israel," a remnant of God's Name People of our modern times, will one day qualify to become a priestly nation of kings. -- Malachi 2:5-7; John 1:6; Exodus 19:5, 6; Joel 2:28, 29

1) anointing the right ear: Good Listener To God's Word; Daily reads and studies God's Holy Scriptures. -- Joshua 1:8; Psalms 1:2, 3

2) anointing the right thumb: quick to implement God's Standards in personal life; diligent, hard worker, industrious for fine works

3) anointing the right big toe: stays on steady course over period of time, showing unswelving loyalty, integrity and endurance; keeping on the "narrow path" of righteousness; maintaining a faithful course consistently.

*Level No. 4* In Spiritual Growth For the Disciple: The Bible Study Servant

A YORWW Congregation Bible Study Group consists of:

20 YORWW Bible Study Members/Public Instructors (each a member of the 200 million for God's Name)
1 Bible Study Servant [male or female] [Greek: Diakonos or "servant." See Large Prt Ref New World Translation Bible footnote for Colossians 1:7]. Key leader who provides loving care for the spiritual needs of the assigned Bible Study [BS] Group of approx. 20 or yorww members; also works as assistant to the Presiding Intimate Group Visitor in carrying out duties of teaching, shepherding and in caring for the spiritual needs of assigned BS Group.

The Bible Study Servant, who is a member of the 200 Million, will be in charge of an assigned Bible Study Group of 20 members of the 200 Million YORWW Arrangement. In the absence of the visiting Intimate Group Servant, the Bible Study Servant will become the substitute teacher and shepherd, providing spiritual guidance and leadership for the assigned Bible Study Group. However, because the Bible Study Servant is not an appointed "Visitor" for the congregation, which requires one to be a qualified teacher in the fullest sense of the word, all of his/her teaching and shepherding done in the absence of the Intimate Group Visitor, will always be done under the direct supervision of the Presiding Intimate Group Visitor, who is also a member of the 200 million. Thus, the Bible Study Servant will possess the spiritual qualifications spoken of at 1 Timothy 3:8-13 for the position ["Ministerial Servant" among Jehovah's Witnesses] described in Greek as Diakonos.

The Bible Study Servant is a person who has distinguished himself/herself over a period of time as being very studious in his/her studies of the scripture. They prove to be persons who have been "tested as to fitness," before they actually serve in this official capacity within the Intimate Group. They are individuals who have gained the respect of fellow yorww members because of being diligent and hard-working. They are persons of genuine faith, always considered reliable and trustworthy before fellow-believers, so that confidence can be placed upon such ones who take the lead for the Intimate Group in the absence of the Presiding IGV. Indeed, they are person who clearly possess "great freeness of speech" as good examples before all within the Bible Study Group and the Intimate Group as a whole, because of their good conduct. -- 1 Timothy 3:13

The Bible Study Servant is also a person that is very easy to work with, easy to get along with, pleasant to be around, someone that is liked by all of associated with the Intimate Group he/she is a part of. They also prove to be persons who greatly enjoy helping their brothers and sisters in the faith, persons who look for opportunities to help others, not only those "related to them in the faith," in the YORWW family but even though outside this blessed circle of individuals. -- Galatians 6:10

The Bible Study Servant is also a person who loves to learn and has demonstrated this over a period of time, showing a steady pace in spiritual growth and knowledge from "Living Waters" of Divine Truth. -- Proverbs 1:5, 6; Proverbs 9:9

No doubt, as time progresses, the Bible Study Servant will form a special bond with the Presiding IGV for the Intimate Group they both serve in. It will become obvious to all, they work especially well together, getting much accomplished in a "team" effort.

With this thought in mind and to facilitate such a close relationship, the Bible Study Servant will be meet periodically, as deemed appropriate, with other Bible Study Servants in the Intimate Group under the direction and leadership of the Presiding IGV. Usually, this brief 2-hour meeting will be held once a month, at the Presiding IGV's home on the weekend, or occasionally at another designated date, which is comfortable for all 10 Bible Study Servants of the particular Intimate Group, to attend without conflict from secular work itself. During this meeting, efforts to coordinate activities of the Bible Study Servants within the Intimate Group, so that everyone involved will being working in unison, as a team for the betterment of the "Intimate Group" [NWT] concerned. The Bible Study Servant will receive financial compensation for duties carried out while the IGV is away from the "Intimate Group" once a quarter [or a 3-month period], which covers the 3-week period the IGV is away. -- See Jeremiah 23:18-22; 1 Samuel 2:35, 36; 1 Timothy 5:18.

A YORWW Congregation Intimate Group consists of:

200 Intimate Group [or YORWW Congregation] Individual Members (Total membership for each Intimate Group is 200)
10 Bible Study Groups (each group made up of 20 YORWW members)
10 Bible Study Servants ([Greek: Diakonos or servant for BS Group leadership who all fulfill the spiritual qualifications of 1 Timothy 3:8-13 and work directly under the supervision of the Presiding Intimate Group Visitor.)
1 Presiding Intimate Group Visitor [Greek: episkopos which means one who "watches carefully," one who "VISITS," or "inspects." See Insight On Scriptures volume 2 page 564] is a member of the 200 million, who provides the primary leadership, spiritual guidance and direction for the Intimate Group in his care. The Presiding IGV is responsible and cares for the spiritual needs of the Intimate Group assigned.

Within the YORWW Congregation, our designated leadership, both male and female, are given a new name, a new designation for the primary ones that take the lead. The new designation is called: "Visitor." Indeed, 1 Timothy 3:1 makes this very important statement:

“If any man is reaching out for an office of overseer [Greek: episkopes] he is desirous of a fine work.”

In the above key bible text, the Greek word episkospes has been rendered “overseer” within the New World Translation. However, according the Vines Expositiory of New Testament Words, the word can actually mean: “A visitation in mercy or in judgment.” Yes, this word can mean: VISITATION or VISITOR.

For instance, in the publication Insight On The Scriptures Volume II page 564, this comment is made concerning this particular Greek word and the related Hebrew word itself that has been translated “overseer.” It states:

“The Hebrew word for overseer, pa-qidh, is drawn from the verb pa-qadh, meaning “turn attention to” (Gen. 21:1), “visit” (Jg 15:1), “appoint” (Gen. 39:5) or “commission” (Ezr 1:2). Similary, the Greek word for overseer, episkopos, is related to the verb episkopeo, meaning “watch carefully” (Heb. 12:15), and to the noun episkope, meaning “inspection” (Lu 19:44; 1 pe 2:12), “office of overseer” (1 Ti 3:1) … Therefore, the overseer was one who gave attention certain matters of persons, VISITING, inspecting, and appointing. Protective supervision is a basic idea inherent in the Greek term.”

Therefore it is very clear, the word we know as “overseer” the Greek word, episkopos, basically means: VISITOR.

Therefore to prove this point, the scholarly bible entitled: The Bible In Living English, which liberally uses the name “Jehovah” thru-out, and which was fully endorsed by the Watchtower Society for many years, written by Steven T. Byington, renders 1 Timothy 3:1, 2 this way,

“The saying is a trustworthy one, If one has an inclination to a VISITOR’S PLACE, he is desiring a good work. So the CHURCH VISITOR must be unimpeachable, …” – 1 Timothy 3:1, 2

Yes, the word rendered “overseer” could have been properly also rendered as “Visitor” also, as shown by this particular translation of the bible.

Therefore within the YORWW Congregation, we recognize the appropriate designation as “Visitor” for the various positions of responsibilities that Jehovah’s witnesses understand to be held by “overseers” or “elders” within the congregational arrangement.

The Presiding Intimate Group Visitor/Servant [male or female] will become the Primary teacher and shepherd for the Intimate Group assigned. The expression "Intimate Group" is taken from Jeremiah 23:18, 22 and is a unique designation referring to God's Prophets as a group, who are used to speak forth God's Holy Message to His people so that they should repent.

PLEASE NOTE: The Presiding Intimate Group Visitor/Servant, 1 million strong, will uniquely fulfill the foretold prophecy of Isaiah 32:1, 2. which says:

"Look! A king will reign for righteousness itself; and as respects princes, they will rule as princes for justice itself. And each one must prove to be like a hiding place from the wind and a place of concealment from the rainstorm, like streams of water in a waterless country, like the shadow of a heavy crag in an exhausted land."

The Presiding Intimate Group Visitors/Servants, experiencing Jehovah's Great Blessings upon themselves, will work hard and apply themselves diligently to ultimately possess and display the spiritual qualifications found at 1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:6-9, and 1 Peter 5:2, 3. The IGV will make 1 visit per BS group as primary shepherd & teacher each week. The Presiding Intimate Group Visitor/Servant will prove to be a great blessing within the earth, in that their ranks will be formed miraculously as a part of the 200 million Gentiles for God's Name and will be willing to apply themselves to become leaders among God's Flock of recent converts of believers. (Acts 15:14, 17) The IGV will prove to be dedicated, diligent, and a "quick-study" as for learning about leadership, and becoming spiritual leaders and good examples for the 200 million itself. -- Proverbs 1:5; Proverbs 9:9; Isaiah 55:13; Joel 2:2-11; Revelation 9:16-19

In addition, the Presiding Intimate Group Visitor/Servant will become an ardent student of God's Sacred Word. The IGV will make sure to devote needed time for personal study, prayer and time for meditation and reflection on the profound things learned in God's Word of Truth, and will always strive to "handle the Word of God aright," and to endeavor to grow spiritually, so that he/she can become fully "competent" as a Public Instructor, official spokesperson and true "Representative" of Jehovah God, just as Jesus was. -- John 7:29; 1 Timothy 4:12-16; 2 Timothy 2:15; 2 Timothy 3:16, 17

By diligently applying himself/herself, the Presiding Intimate Group Visitor/Servant will become one who above all else, demonstrates faith...the kind of faith that is worthy of others to "imitate" as one who leads God's Flock. Indeed, Hebrews 13:7 says of such ones,

"Remember those who are taking the lead among you, who have spoken the word of God to you, and as you contemplate how their conduct turns out imitate their faith."

Yes, the Presiding Intimate Group Visitor/Servant will be a person who works hard to actually earn the admiration and respect of all within the Intimate Group because of the fine example set before all others. And in so doing, the Intimate Group will always highly regard and willingly give "extraordinary consideration in love because of the work" done by these faithful leaders. Yes, the Presiding IGV will prove to be truly "worthy of double honor," because of all the work that is done unselfishly and out of the pure motive of love and affection on his/her part, in behalf of God's Precious Sheep. -- 1 Timothy 5:17; 1 Thessalonians 5:12, 13; John 21:15-17

As a special provision for all Bible Study Servants, the Presiding Intimate Group Visitor will schedule a 2-hour meeting once a month, with all Bible Study Servants in the Intimate Group for instruction, training and the upbuilding and encouragement of all in attendance. This special meeting for all 10 Bible Study Servants in the Intimate Group, is to be held on the weekend at the IGV's home. Its purpose is promote greater unity, harmony and a better working relationship between the IGV and all appointed "Servants" [Diakonos] within the Intimate Group.

The Presiding Intimate Group Visitor/Servant will prove to be a full-time position with financial compensation provided from the headquarters of YORWW to care for the domestic needs of this full-time minister of God. (See 1 Corinthians 9:6-10, Galatians 6:6.) This full-time minister will receive 2 weeks paid vacation each quarter, that's 4 times a year, (weeks 11 & 12 of each quarter) with an additional paid week provided them to attend a special meeting at their respective Branch office (13th week of each quarter) for specialized training, instruction and for their spiritual encouragement and upbuilding. Notice: All Jehovah's Witnesses who have no doubt experienced brutal [draconian] spiritual and emotional "battle scares" from being WTS/GB adherents for many, many years [something the 144,000 have not experienced before], and have lived for years, and years under the tyrannical & barbaric [archaic-draconian] rule of the GB/WTS ... have indeed really "earned-your-stripes" to be a part of this, elite command group... A YORWW Congregation Division consists of:

3,000,000 Bible Study Members (total membership from 15,000 Intimate Groups)
150,000 Bible Study Groups (each group totals approx. 20 YORWW members)
150,000 Bible Study Servants (Diakonos or servant for BS Group leadership)
15,000 Intimate Groups (Intimate Group membership totals approx. 200 each)
15,000 Intimate Group Visitors (Greek: Episkopos or "visitor" who provides leadership for 15,000 Intimate Groups)
1,500 Circuit Visitors (Visits Intimate Group Leadership weekly once a quarter)
150 Districts (each District consists of 10 Circuits and 10 Circuit Visitors)
150 District Visitors (Visits each Circuit Visitor in District weekly once a quarter)
10 Branch Offices (which cares for the spiritual needs of all of the above)
10 Assistant Branch Visitors (who cares for the spiritual needs of all of the above)
10 Branch Visitors (who cares for the spiritual needs of all of the above)
1 Division which takes in all of the above
1 Division Visitor/Servant (Male Child member, who "visits" 10 Branch Facilities weekly once a quarter, and who cares for the needs of all of the above)

The Division Visitor/Servant [male or female], works at the World Headquarters of the YORWW Congregation giving direction, guidance and spiritual leadership for 10 Branch Facilities, 150 Districts, 1,500 Circuits in his/her care, thus serving a vital need and making a invaluable contribution to kingdom interests earthwide. This means the Division Visitor/Servant is responsible for some 15,000 Intimate Groups under the Division's assigned jurisdiction. Due to the vastness, weightiness and scope of this assignment, the Division Visitor/Servant will most certainly possess the spiritual qualifications shown at 1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:6-9, and 1 Peter 5:2, 3.

The Division Visitor will make a weekly, 3-Day visit to each of the 10 Branch Facilities assigned within his/her Division Area, during weeks 1-10 of each quarter. During this official visit, the Division Visitor will automatically become the Primary teacher & Shepherd for all special meetings held at the Branch Facility, for all invited Branch Personnel, DVs and CVs attending.

During this official visit, the Division Visitor will schedule time to visit select BS group meetings with the Intimate Group Visitor/Servant, CV, DV simultaneous with the duties and schedule of the visiting CV of that week. Also, while accompanying the DV, CV and Presiding IGV during his stay, the Division Visitor will become the Primary Teacher and Shepherd for the Host Intimate Group served for that special week of activities.

The Division Visitor/Servant will prove to be a full-time position with financial compensation provided from the headquarters of YORWW to care for the domestic needs of this full-time minister of God. (See 1 Corinthians 9:6-10, Galatians 6:6.) These full-time ministers will all receive 2 weeks paid vacation each quarter, that's 4 times a year, (weeks 11 & 12 of each quarter) with an additional paid week provided them to attend a special meeting at the YORWW World Headquarters for Home Office Executive Staff (MDS, Golden Altar Staff, Zone Visitors & Divisions Visitors) on the 13th week of each quarter to receive specialized bible instruction & the new curriculum for the next quarter.
