Israeli fighter jets bombed the Syrian capital Damascus overnight in a fresh strike. According to Al Jazeera, Israeli warplanes targeted Syrian military installations near Damascus and in the surrounding countryside. The Israeli military attacked the Syrian army’s Fourth Division and a radar battalion. The attack came after Turkish intelligence chief Ibrahim Kalin visited Damascus to meet with HTS leader Al-Golani and caretaker prime minister Mohammad al-Bashir.
